Camp Captivate offers hands-on, fun birthday parties for ages 5-12. Our fantastic parties are fun AND educational. We offer 3 amazing party packages, and all packages are facilitated by a minimum of 2 highly qualified staff members. Restrictions: 15 miles from Santa Clara, CA at no charge. Additional charge for out of service area.
50 percent deposit is required to book the event, and the remaining 50 percent is due at the party.
Final count is due 7 days prior to the event, and you will be charged based on this enrollment number.

Science Themed Parties

Dino Dig

In this fun party, children will observe and identify real fossils, create their own trace fossils from clay, explore some dinosaur fun facts and excavate a “dinosaur skeleton”. (An art project of “Jurassic Landscape” will be added for Mesosphere party packages)

Crystals and Gems

Children will examine beautiful rocks and minerals, observe the cracking of a geode, and create jewelry to keep. (An art project of “Geode mixed media” or “Crystal art” will be added for Mesosphere party packages)

Science Palooza

Create a fun “tornado in a bottle” and blast off an alka seltzer rocket. (An art project of “Tornado in chalk pastel” or “Plasma ball mixed media painting” will be added for Mesosphere party packages)

Slime Time

Make 2 different recipes of slime and choose embellishments to make it one of a kind. Whip up a batch of synthetic snow. (An art project of “Drippy blobs abstract art” will be added for Mesosphere party packages)

Art Themed Parties

Day at the Beach

Choose either a seascape painting or an underwater landscape.

My Favorite Animal!

Choose from a sweet Panda, graceful dolphin, cuddly kitty, dynamite dog, terrific Toucan, or choose your own animal.

Sugar Rush!

A Wayne Thiebaud-inspired mixed media project showing delicious, colorful cupcakes or scrumptious ice cream sundaes. Enjoy this calorie-free depiction of your favorite dessert.
