Camp Captivate specializes in S.T.E.A.M. camps and workshops, both in person and virtual, for children 5 – 13. We are monitoring the COVID-19 situation at this time. Stay tuned! Check back in March 2021 for more details about Camp Captivate 2021. We are moving forward by planning and preparing for a safe and fun-filled summer of camp.
S.T.E.A.M. is a celebration of two or more of the key pillars — Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics — integrated in a thoughtful way. We are excited to offer a variety of half-day interactive virtual camp, featuring live instruction compliant with social distancing guidelines.
Science Smart Kids Inc. specializes in S.T.E.A.M. education, thoughtfully weaving together elements of science, technology, engineering, art and mathematics. We offer age-differentiated programming, both virtual and in-person, for students ages 5 to 13. This includes “Camp Captivate” summer day camps, workshops, and corporate “take your kid to work day” events. Hands-on learning is the core of our programing, and we are passionate about igniting the fire of curiosity and creativity in children. We foster a positive and nurturing learning environment facilitated by exceptional teachers and staff, the use of quality materials, and the development of 21st century skills. We are proud to be a sponsor of the 2021 Santa Clara Unified (SCUSD) STEAM EXPO and a corporate partner with San Jose Public Libraries (SJPL) and Innovate Public Schools (IPS).

What People Are Saying…
“I just wanted to say, thank you for the online art classes you provided! My six-year-old called it her favorite part of her day. She loved the birds and tulips in particular, and has been adding nice round tulips to many of her drawings since then. It warmed my heart to watch her enjoying the inspiration you provided.”
“I can’t say enough good things about this camp. We’ve tried several other camps – some technology-based and others not – but none has been as rewarding as Camp Captivate.”
